Eagles fly to the Capitol
As we all (except the Steelers fans...boo) eagerly anticipate Sunday's game, and an incentive for some to schedule a roadtrip to somewhere even colder than around here, I wanted to share with you some outcomes from the Eagles political playbook that some ran toward the end of 2017.

The purpose of their "away game" to the public policy field and my thoughts can be found on my website, and clicking on the button "Birds fly to the Capitol."

Debate on issues identified has kicked off, so please let me know what "your call" is on these and other matters of the day.

As the Eagles continue to fly toward Super Bowl LII, some Birds, Torrey Smith (left) and Chris Long (right), recently played on the political field as they visited Harrisburg to advocate for certain issues. I engaged in conversation with them as part of their road trip to the Capitol to discuss strengthening police/community relations as well as the Clean Slate Act. My commentary on the session and the dialogue is available via a link on my website here. In a remarkable spirit of giving, Long is donating the entirety of his 2017 game checks to education equity initiatives.
